Mentoring Programs
The Pride Resource Center offers mentoring programs open to all students. These programs are designed to support student success in the classroom and after graduation, while also providing supportive environments for social success and personal wellbeing.
Rams in Q'mmunity Mentoring Program
Rams in Q’mmunity is the Pride Resource Center’s mentoring program open to all students, with an emphasis on supporting students who are new to CSU or our center. Inspired by the concept of chosen family, this program helps students build skills for creating their own support systems, growing their self-confidence, and succeeding academically.
Building community at CSU impacts your sense of belonging, your continued growth and well-being, and ultimately your success and retention – we are here to help! Don’t just navigate university life; thrive in it with the Rams in Q’mmunity Mentoring Program!
Orgullo Rising - Returning Student Success Program
Orgullo Rising is a mentoring program open to all students with an emphasis on supporting students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year who are interested in pursuing graduate school, internships, research positions, and more. While Rams in Q’mmunity is primarily focused on support students who are new to the university, Orgullo Rising is more focused on supporting students who are looking to set themselves up for success after graduation. This program is a collaboration between El Centro and the Pride Resource Center and is open to all.
